Lead Design Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative marketing design initiatives, including digital ads, landing pages, social media creatives, video graphics, brochures, and other communication materials to enhance engagement and performance.
  • Collaborate with business, creative, performance, and tech teams to develop strategic designs that support program growth.
  • Serve as a brand advocate and custodian, ensuring adherence to guidelines across all design and communication materials.
  • Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and scale in the development of collaterals.
  • Manage a team of designers providing creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to elevate team output and design quality.
  • Coordinate collateral production and content updates, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to streamline design operations and uphold creative excellence across distributed teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or fine art.
  • 6-9 years of creative experience within an agency or startup environment.
  • Proven experience leading creative projects and managing high-performing design teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, online design and video tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing performance-driven marketing creatives with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and drive feedback from analytical and creative partners.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Prolific learner with expertise in the latest design trends.
  • Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential as we are a globally distributed team.
