Job Title: Support Operations Specialist

MMS is a leading clinical research organization that values its employees. As a Support Operations Specialist, you will be part of a supportive and innovative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize company meetings, including scheduling travel, sending reminders, and preparing minutes.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate team.
  • Oversee office services and facilities management.
  • Manage administrative vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and materials.
  • Format company documents and maintain signed job descriptions.
  • Complete expense reports for senior management.
  • Run high-level office errands and tasks.
  • Provide support by drafting letters and documents.
  • Prioritize tasks and handle matters efficiently.
  • Build relationships with leadership teams and assist with IT operations.
  • Support special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A full-time office-based role in Hyderabad.
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field preferred.
  • 1-4 years of experience in an Administrative or Operations role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
