About the Role

The product team at Rippling takes ownership of the company's product direction, defining what to build to solve customer problems effectively while driving business success. We achieve this by distilling insights from various stakeholders, user research, product-generated data, and competitive analysis. These insights enable us to prioritize features, which we then develop end-to-end with our design and engineering counterparts, creating a comprehensive product roadmap.

As features progress through development, we collaborate with relevant teams to ensure successful launch and adoption. We continuously iterate on these features using data and customer feedback to guarantee they meet and exceed their intended goals.

About the Devices Team

The Devices team is responsible for Rippling's Device Management and Inventory Management products, automating the device lifecycle with streamlined procurement, purchasing, and management. Our solution makes onboarding and offboarding seamless for employees, saving hours of IT administrators' time. Customers appreciate the convenience of administering devices in a fully touchless manner tied to the employee system of record.

Responsibilities
  • You will have direct ownership of driving product for a significant segment of Rippling's business
  • Go beyond launching new products; obsess over continuous product improvement and optimize for launching a portfolio of small, medium, and large releases
  • You're a creative product thinker who enjoys collaborating across the company with engineering, design, marketing, and sales
  • Be willing to do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, regardless of the issue's size
  • Adept at synthesizing ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
  • Define and analyze metrics to guide product development
  • Help shape the product culture within a fast-growing organization
Requirements
