Case Management Specialist

As a Case Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing business process management solutions using IBM Case Manager and IBM FileNet P8 stack. Your expertise in customization of IBM Case Manager Solutions, development of Springboot microservices, External Data Services, and Case Manager API will be invaluable in driving our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop business process management solutions using IBM Case Manager and IBM FileNet P8 stack.
  • Customize IBM Case Manager Solutions to meet the specific needs of our organization.
  • Develop Springboot microservices to integrate with IBM Case Manager and other systems.
  • Implement External Data Services to enhance data exchange and integration.
  • Develop and maintain Case Manager API to facilitate seamless interactions between systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Case management and Business Process Management solution design and development.
  • Proficiency in IBM Case Manager and IBM FileNet P8 stack.
  • Strong understanding of Springboot microservices and their integration with IBM Case Manager.
  • Ability to customize IBM Case Manager Solutions to meet specific business needs.
  • Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.
