Career Opportunity: Patient Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a skilled Patient Counsellor to counsel patients and their families regarding treatment procedures, packages, and post-treatment care.
  • The successful candidate will handle patient inquiries and convert them into registrations/bookings.
  • This role requires explaining treatment options in a clear and empathetic manner, ensuring seamless patient coordination with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.
  • Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets set by management, while maintaining follow-ups with patients to ensure timely decision-making and admissions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, counselling reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance patient awareness and reach.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Healthcare/Management preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or patient counselling (healthcare/hospital background preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software (preferred).
