Manufacturing Plant Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our plant operations, focusing on profit and loss management, electronics manufacturing experience, and process optimization.
- Prior Experience in Profit & Loss Management: Ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing the financial performance of a manufacturing plant.
- Electronics Manufacturing Expertise: Must possess strong technical knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including SMT Line and Assembly Line operations.
- Leadership in TPM, WCM, and Quality Circles: We seek a leader who can implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), World-Class Manufacturing (WCM), and Quality Circles initiatives effectively.
- Process Optimization Strategies: Candidate should be able to develop and implement strategies that enhance productivity, standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure optimal return on assets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- P&L Management: Managing the financial performance of the plant, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Electronics Manufacturing Oversight: Leading the implementation of electronic manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- TPM, WCM, and Quality Circles Implementation: Developing and executing strategies to improve overall plant performance and achieve world-class manufacturing standards.
- Process Optimization: Analyzing and improving processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall plant performance.
