We are seeking an experienced Plant HR Manager with strong expertise in manufacturing HR and statutory compliances. This role is a great opportunity for a senior HR professional who can manage plant-level HR independently.

  • Job Title – AM / Manager – HR & Admin (Plant HR Role)
  • Job Location – Kasna Gr. Noida but 4 months later factory will be shifted to Badli, Jhajjar Haryana so job location will be Badli.
  • Work Experience – 8-15+ Years in Factory HR Role
  • Working: 6 days a week (On-site, Plant-based role)
  • Qualifications - MBA/MSW
  • CTC Budget – 9 LPA
  • Preference - Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Job Descriptions:

  • End-to-end recruitment and workforce management at the plant
  • Labour handling, industrial relations, and contractor workforce management
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including Factory License, Fire NOC, Pollution Control Board Licenses
  • Manage PF, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus and other employee benefits compliances
  • Liaison with government bodies and external stakeholders
  • HR operations, employee engagement, and grievance handling
  • Salary Processing and Attendance Management
  • Daily Labour planning and Deployment
  • Laisoning with Government bodies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-15+ years of experience in Plant HR / Manufacturing HR roles
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, and contractor management
  • Hands-on experience in handling factory-level HR independently
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
