About This Role:

As a cloud solutions architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by harnessing your technical expertise and exceptional customer-facing skills. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for Google Cloud Platform services.

You will work alongside cross-functional teams to grasp customer requirements, pinpoint challenges, and propose tailored solutions that deliver tangible business value. In this capacity, you will engage with CXOs and decision-makers on the customer side, helping them align their cloud adoption strategy with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer business & technical expectations.
  • Design solutions to meet the customer's business needs.
  • Presentsolutions to customers through presentations and whiteboard sessions.
  • Evangelize cloud technologies with customers.
  • Craft and articulate enterprise-wide strategic cloud computing solutions.
  • Engage with the sales team to win opportunities.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to deliver solutions as outlined in proposals.
  • Build lasting technical relationships with delivery teams to support prospect/customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • A highly skilled and analytical professional with solution architecture experience.
  • Experience in architecting or deploying Cloud solutions in enterprise customers.
  • Solid understanding of traditional On-premise IT infrastructure and ability to map to cloud services.
  • Participation in RFI/RFP processes and development of technical aspects of proposals aligned to customer requirements.
  • Engineering complex Bids/RFPs underpinned by service and solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to work across internal and external organizations.
  • GCP Associate Engineer Certification preferred.
