Cloud Solution Architect Role

This position requires a skilled Cloud Solution Architect to oversee the delivery of cloud-based solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing service delivery activities, representing clients, and establishing priorities aligned with Oracle's Cloud Strategy.

About the Job:
  • This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored service delivery plans.
  • The Cloud Solution Architect will manage a virtual team of resources to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Ongoing improvement initiatives are also an essential part of this role.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Review existing services and contracts to comprehend the scope thoroughly.
  • Develop and implement service delivery plans, key deliverables, and resource allocation according to ACS standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver regular business and operational reviews.
  • Implement Service Improvement policy and processes.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
  • Can restore normal service operations quickly and minimize impact on business operations.
  • Is capable of coordinating significant incidents in compliance with SLAs and OLAs.
  • Serves as an escalation point of contact, focusing on restoring services efficiently.
  • Maintains effective communication with executives and business leaders during incidents.
  • Analyzes data to prepare reports for periodic service reviews, including operational metrics and service level reports.
  • Coordinates incident resolution by participating in interactions with multiple customer groups and representing Production Operations Incident management in daily forums.
