As part of the organizational leadership team for data-driven initiatives, this role will be responsible for building and growing a cloud-based data platform capability within the company. The role will drive technical leadership, solution development, and delivery excellence for data solutions.

The individual will work closely with clients, delivery teams, alliance partners, and internal stakeholders to develop data offerings, build talent, and ensure successful project outcomes.

">

Key responsibilities include developing and enhancing cloud-based data platform offerings and accelerators, defining best practices, architectural standards, and reusable frameworks, collaborating with alliance teams to strengthen partnerships, and providing technical guidance for solution design and implementation.

">

This role is highly collaborative and will work closely with cross-functional teams to fulfill key objectives.

">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess at least 12-15 years of experience in data engineering and analytics, with at least 3-5 years of deep expertise in cloud-based platforms such as Snowflake.

">

Candidates should also have experience in building and growing cloud practice or capability teams, designing and delivering large-scale implementations, and possessing strong understanding of cloud architecture, performance tuning, security, and data sharing.

">

Additional qualifications include Snowflake certifications, hands-on knowledge of SQL, ELT pipelines, and integration with BI/Analytics tools, exposure to data governance, security, and compliance frameworks, and experience with complementary tools like DBT, Matillion, Fivetran, Azure/AWS/GCP.
