Oracle Payroll Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Payroll Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll operations, you will provide functional support for Oracle Payroll systems, ensuring seamless processing and compliance with regulatory changes.

The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in payroll system support, specifically with Oracle Payroll systems. They should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support for Oracle Payroll systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing and Oracle system functionality
  • Assist in implementing system upgrades and patches
  • Evaluate and improve existing payroll processes for efficiency
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to streamline workflows and enhance system functionalities
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of payroll data within the Oracle system
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:
