Job Title: Payroll System Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in payroll system support and demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

This role involves providing functional support for Oracle Payroll systems, ensuring efficient payroll processing and system functionality. Troubleshooting, system maintenance, user support, process improvement, data management, documentation, collaboration, and compliance are all essential responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll System Support: Provide functional support for Oracle Payroll systems and troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing and Oracle system functionality.
  2. System Maintenance and Updates: Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and patches, ensuring compliance with all regulatory changes affecting payroll systems.
  3. User Support: Offer support to end-users by addressing their queries and providing solutions.
  4. Process Improvement: Analyze existing payroll processes and suggest improvements for efficiency, collaborating with HR and IT teams to streamline workflows and enhance system functionalities.
  5. Data Management: Maintain and ensure the accuracy of payroll data within the Oracle system, performing regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  6. Documentation: Develop and update user manuals, system documentation, and process guidelines, documenting all support activities and solutions for future reference.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations, participating in cross-functional projects to enhance payroll systems.
  8. Compliance and Security: Ensure payroll processes comply with legal standards and company policies, protecting sensitive payroll data in compliance with data protection regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
