Description:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional support for Oracle Payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Assist in implementing system upgrades and patches to ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
  3. Analyze existing payroll processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Requirements:
  1. 7-12 years of experience in payroll system support, specifically with Oracle Payroll systems.
  2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
