Financial Solutions Implementer

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions, driving business growth and financial excellence. This role requires expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, finance, and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Oracle Financials solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices
  • Lead enterprise design and process design in collaboration with client teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Financials with other applications
  • Provide functional and technical leadership to development teams and consultants
  • Create and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution designs
  • Stay informed on Oracle updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • Develop optimal solutions to meet client objectives, including project scope identification and key dependencies

Requirements:

  • Candidate must hold a CA (or equivalent) or Master's degree in Finance
  • 16+ years' experience in Oracle Financials (Fusion + EBS)
  • End-to-end understanding of RTR, P2P, OTC, Acquire to Retire processes
  • Deep expertise in Oracle ERP modules, including GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Tax
  • Hands-on experience driving functional requirements fitment with Solution/Implementation background
  • Must have carried at least 3 end-to-end implementations on Oracle Fusion Financials
