Job Title: Strategic Initiative LeaderAbout the Role:

As a seasoned program manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering strategic initiatives while aligning cross-functional teams across engineering, IT, operations, and business units.

  • Define and manage initiative goals, roadmaps, and success metrics
  • Align teams to ensure cohesive execution
  • Oversee initiative planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Manage timelines, risks, and vendor relationships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for alignment and transparency
  • Lead risk assessment and mitigation planning
  • Allocate resources effectively and track utilization
  • Support Agile delivery practices and ensure initiative governance
  • Drive partner and vendor coordination to meet objectives
Your Profile:
  • 8-10 years of experience in program management or related leadership roles
  • Proven expertise in program planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience with risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and resource allocation
