Site Management Leader

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive site master plan aligned with business objectives
  • Maintain alignment between supply chain departments by facilitating coordination and collaboration
  • Lead departments in implementing effective MMS practices to achieve business outcomes
  • Cultivate managerial leadership skills among team members to enhance performance results
  • Ensure seamless execution of ManEx training and development programs
  • Coach operational teams on loss and waste reduction strategies
  • Promote process improvement initiatives using DMAIC methodology
