Job Title: Executive Search Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments, including client relationship management, research, candidate engagement, and marketing support. They will also assist consultants with pitches, presentations, and candidate closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of search execution, including client relationship management, research, candidate engagement, and marketing support.
  • Assist consultants with pitches, presentations, and candidate closure.
  • Conduct research to identify potential candidates and create detailed biographies.
  • Network extensively via telephone with candidates and sources to map the universe and present opportunities effectively.
  • Attend client pitches and contribute when necessary.
  • Provide support to consultants in executing search assignments, including writing detailed proposal documents and job specifications.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bright, articulate (both oral and written) and well presented.
  • Well organized with a calm, unflappable temperament.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • First-rate organizational skills.
  • Proactive, willing, and adaptable.
  • A good team player.
