We are seeking an experienced Senior Transaction Advisory Professional to join our team as a Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial due diligence, deal advisory, and transaction services. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex, high-profile transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, and buyouts.

Requirements include excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills. The ability to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with IFRS knowledge, is preferred. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and the ability to work under pressure are also required.
