We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant to fill this key role. As a central figure in our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and preparation of GSTR-9/9C reports.
  • Prepare and file Income Tax Returns during the season with accuracy and precision.
  • Manage client interactions on a day-to-day basis and provide consultancy services to ensure their financial needs are met.
  • Guide and lead a team for GST Returns and TDS Returns, ensuring timely submissions and compliance.
  • Handle Assessments of various entities for GST and Income Tax matters, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Assist Partners in providing Virtual CFO Services, M&A support, and related advisory services.
  • Prepare Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Perform other related professional activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and Audit procedures.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines while maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team leadership and guidance capabilities to motivate and direct team members towards achieving common goals.
