Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join our finance team. As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books.
  • Perform monthly bank and vendor reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closure activities.
  • Prepare and file GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns.
  • Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and data.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive.
  • Experience in finance/accounting services or structured finance teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoho Books is a plus.
