  • Supporting and motivating teachers and administration.
  • Improving Program Implementation efficiency at district level using technology and behavioral science.

As a full-time professional, you'll be responsible for creating and managing content, conducting research, and ensuring effective communication.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Curate and develop engaging educational content for our Vinoba App.
  • Drive teacher and student engagement through storytelling, poetry recitation, reading, and more.
  • Support community growth, program execution, and digital content marketing.
  • Collaborate with educators, field teams, and administrators to strengthen impact.
What We're Looking For?
  • Graduate in Mass Comm, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content curation, curriculum design, or digital engagement.
  • Skills in content creation, social media, storytelling, and basic design tools.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
