Instrumentation Maintenance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As an instrumentation specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarity with instrumentation and experience in DCS 800 X manufacturing ecosystem is essential.
  • Proficient in repairing and calibrating various process field equipment, including mass flow meters, temperature, pressure, and level transmitters, as well as load cell systems, networking, and communication solutions.
  • Ability to guide maintenance teams in troubleshooting and implementing effective preventive maintenance plans to achieve higher uptime and equipment reliability.
  • Implementation of Corrective Action Plans (CAPA).
Requirements:
  • ITI/Diploma in Instrumentation with 3-7 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, and maintenance & repair.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining complex equipment, and be able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
