Job Title: Systems Performance Optimization Specialist

About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing and executing performance test scripts using JMeter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter to identify bottlenecks, scalability issues, and performance gaps in our systems.
  • Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to optimize system stability, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and business teams to define performance test requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Document test scenarios, test data, and results for review and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with JMeter and performance testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (any stream) OR MCA OR M.Sc. (IT).
  • Must have passed or be willing to clear ISTQB Foundation Level within 3 months of joining.
