We seek an accomplished Performance Optimization Specialist to spearhead performance management initiatives and drive organizational excellence.

This role is crucial for developing and implementing strategies that align individual and team goals with our overall business objectives. The Performance Optimization Specialist will be a key partner to business leaders and employees, ensuring a culture of high performance, continuous feedback, and professional development.

  • Lead the end-to-end performance management process, including annual cycles, mid-year reviews, and ongoing check-ins.
  • Work with departmental heads to define and cascade measurable, business-aligned goals (OKRs/KPIs) for teams and individuals.
  • Implement and champion a continuous feedback culture.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and create actionable insights for leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify skill gaps and recommend training programs to enhance employee capabilities and performance.
  • Develop and oversee performance improvement plans for underperforming employees, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Partner with the HR and Finance teams to link performance outcomes with compensation, bonuses, and promotion recommendations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for performance management systems, ensuring effective utilization and data integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications">
  1. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is mandatory.
  2. 6-8 years of professional experience, with at least 3-4 years in a dedicated performance management, talent management, or HR business partner role.
  3. Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret performance metrics and data to derive meaningful business insights.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  5. A natural leader with a collaborative mindset, capable of building strong relationships with employees, managers, and senior leadership.
  6. The ability to see the big picture and align performance initiatives with long-term organizational goals.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
