Amazon Marketplace Growth Specialist

Role OverviewRuhe is looking for a data-driven professional with expertise in Amazon marketplaces to develop and execute strategic plans that boost product discoverability, sales, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience managing Amazon Marketplace accounts with measurable success in driving sales and ROI.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to boost product discoverability, sales, and profitability.
- Optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords.
- Manage and enhance Amazon A+ Content and Brand Stores to strengthen brand presence.
- Design, launch, and refine Sponsored Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display Ads).
- Use data-driven bidding strategies and automation tools to improve ROAS and reduce ACOS.
The selected candidate will be responsible for continuously analyzing and adjusting campaign performance to maximize efficiency and integrating advertising campaigns with full-funnel sales strategies to drive conversions. They will also perform competitor analyses to identify pricing trends and position products effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications- 3–5 years of proven experience managing Amazon Marketplace accounts with measurable success in driving sales and ROI.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Advertising Console, and Brand Analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and Data Studio.
- Experience with automation tools such as Prestozon or PPC Scope is a bonus.
Ruhe offers a competitive salary estimated at ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
