About the Role

We are seeking a Research Associate to join our Governance and Policy team. In this role, you will support research, analysis, and development of state and national manifestos and policy recommendations.

This role requires keen analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for public sector impact. You will collaborate with team members to implement governance reforms, evaluate policy initiatives, and contribute to actionable recommendations that advance our mission.

Eligibility

● Minimum degree from a Tier 1 or 2 academic institution in Social Sciences, Law, Engineering, or related fields.

● Prior experience or demonstrated interest in policy research, governance projects, or political consulting is desirable.

● Strong grasp of India's political landscape and governance structures.

● Proactive attitude, willingness to travel if needed.

● Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.

Skills

● Ability to collect, synthesise, and analyse qualitative and quantitative data for evidence-based governance reforms.

● Proficiency in basic data analysis, reporting, and forming recommendations under guidance.

● Clear and concise writing for policy briefs, reports, presentations, and stakeholder summaries.
