Chief Quality Assurance Specialist

Our organization seeks a qualified individual to assume the role of Controls Testing Lead. The primary responsibility will be to support the development of testing methodology for critical key controls across our global operations.
This position focuses on assurance activities over resiliency material and critical controls testing. It involves developing and executing controls testing plans, communicating, agreeing upon, and monitoring gaps in controls in line with our risk management processes.
The successful candidate will work in collaboration with other assurance functions across the first, second, and third lines of defense (LOD). This role also supports the Controls Testing Manager in the development of testing methodologies, the risk universe, and integrated reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Controls Testing Manager in identifying and prioritizing testing activities as part of the assurance planning process.
- Plan and execute control tests, coordinating review processes with key stakeholders, managing control testing analysts, and reviewing quality of work performed.
- Prepare draft reports reflecting test results and advise the business on solutions and remediation activities.
- Present results to senior management to get buy-in and agreement to action.
- Coordinate activities throughout the review lifecycle with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrate high levels of personal integrity at all times.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
