Job Description

Objective:

  • The role of a Market Development Manager is to plan, coordinate and execute marketing programs to create pull in the market for the entire range of IC product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, current market trends and market potential.
  • Assess competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products or product lines.
  • Provide product training to Sales and Marketing teams internally and end-users externally.
  • Regular reporting on activities and progress.
