About the Role:

This Senior Incentive Compensation Associate role will utilize an understanding of corporate, product strategy and operational/compliance constraints to design and implement incentive compensation plans.

The ideal candidate will deliver IC plans that drive desirable behavior and produce performance while supporting all IC-related ad-hoc analytics and field reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement incentive compensation plans that align with corporate goals
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in IC plan design and implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide analytical support for IC-related initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IC plans and associated metrics
