Job Opportunity: ATE Tester Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing test methodologies and flows for ASIC/SoC to meet customer requirements.

  • Experience in one of the leading Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms is mandatory.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring product yield, test time, and Defects Per Million Parts (DPPM), providing technical solutions for yield improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to represent the Product Engineering function in various technical forums.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Lab Equipment and knowledge of IC Test Methodologies and Communication Protocols.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve results through effective collaboration with R&D and factory personnel.
