We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to lead our Business Intelligence and Unified team in an exciting role that will drive growth and profitability objectives.

  • The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Operational Research, or Engineering from a reputed college.

The successful candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in financial services or retail business, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring data scientists.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Data Analysis & Modelling: Ensure the accuracy, validity, and robustness of analytical solutions, staying abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
  • Business Impact: Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, effectively communicating project progress, findings, and recommendations.

We require a strong proficiency in Python, model development, validation, machine learning, NLP, and marketing analytics, along with hands-on experience with analytics tools like R, SQL, Power BI, and MS Excel.

A deep knowledge of predictive analytics techniques (machine learning algorithms, logistic & linear regression, decision trees, clustering) and expertise in exploratory data analysis (data preparation, exploration, and visualization) is essential.
