About the role: Celsior Technologies is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining workforce analytics solutions, with a strong focus on the Sapience Analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust workforce analytics solutions.
  • Collect, cleanse, analyze, and synthesize workforce data to generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Utilize strong analytical and technical skills to profile and model complex data sets.
  • Leverage expertise in Sapience Analytics platform to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective data solutions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience working with the Sapience Analytics platform .
  • Proven experience in SQL , Data Modeling , and Data Profiling .
  • A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Location: Trivandrum, Noida, Hyderabad
  • Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
