Job Opportunity: Public Relations Manager

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their skills in influencer relations, corporate communications, and digital reputation management to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze social media data, conduct industry research, and identify client reputation opportunities and risks to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver impact-focused PR and digital reputation strategies with a focus on LinkedIn-driven storytelling.
  • Map and track reputation risks, prepare contingency plans, and manage crisis communications effectively.
  • Design engaging content strategies for company pages, CXOs, employees, and influencer profiles that resonate with key audiences.
  • Curate and cross-post long-form and multimedia content linking company initiatives to broader narratives such as nation-building, sustainability, governance, culture, leadership, and digital innovation.
  • Convert press releases into compelling multimedia press kits (infographics, videos, social-ready content) to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Identify and engage with journalists, digital content creators, and key opinion leaders across industries to build strong relationships and advocacy programs.
  • Support influencer campaigns with creative storytelling and strategic positioning to drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to strengthen their reputation and achieve their goals.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Influencer Relations, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving goals.
