Employment-Based Immigration Law Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Employment-Based Immigration Law Specialist.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and editing high-volume cases with a focus on NIWs, O-1s, EB-1As, and H-1Bs. They will independently manage large caseloads while liaising with internal teams to ensure efficiency and quality of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review complex immigration cases with attention to detail.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the visa process.
  • Provide regular updates on case progression and status.
  • Liaise with government organizations, including USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing documents, and ensuring procedural adherence.
  • Showcase strategic acumen and initiative in case assignments and resolve delays.
  • Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require strong attention to detail, complex caseload management, and prioritization skills. A minimum of three years of experience in employment-based immigration law is required, with a focus on O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate are advantageous.
