Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Relationship Professional to drive client engagement and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities for business expansion.

The successful Relationship Professional will be responsible for understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, the ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve client relationships and service delivery is essential.

We are looking for candidates with 1-4 years of experience in client relationship management or sales roles, preferably in the BFSI industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Assist clients in navigating the company's products and services, providing support as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in client relationship management or sales roles, preferably in the BFSI industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve client relationships and service delivery.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
