Project Manager – Senior Architect Lead

Our team is looking for a highly experienced architect to lead large-scale consultancy projects with full design and regulatory strategy oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, leadership skills, and experience working on complex projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading project teams and ensuring timely completion of projects;
  • Reviewing and approving architectural, civil, and MEP drawings for accuracy and compliance;
  • Maintaining open communication with clients, authorities, and consultants;
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project delivery;
  • Ensuring that all projects meet client and statutory requirements;
  • Developing and implementing quality control protocols for architectural and MEP coordination across projects;

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture;
  • Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience leading multidisciplinary commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects;
  • Deep experience preparing and submitting statutory documents to municipal and specialist agencies;
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office;
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and standards including UDCPR, NBC, IBC, and NFPA;
  • Proven skills in team leadership, mentoring, and process improvement;
