">Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating architectural drawings, designing retail store layouts, producing construction documentation drawings and coordinating with other design disciplines for multiple prestigious commercial, Retail, F&B projects across the globe.

  • Prepare, modify and review complete sets of architectural documents ensuring incorporation of design scope intent.
  • Develop 2D/3D presentation/design drawings.
  • Collaborate with production teams on all aspects of preparation of construction documents.
  • Develop solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.
  • Coordinate with architectural professionals on projects to assure continuity and consistency of documentation including organization, coordination, thoroughness, and accuracy of all documents in drawing set.
  • Work closely with teams and assist in completion of projects on aggressive schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of design trends, construction methodology, material application etc.
  • Knowledge of building codes and ability to research and apply/incorporate into technical documents.
  • Proficient skills in AutoCAD / Revit, with advanced level of expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch up, and InDesign graphic software preferred.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work well in collaborative team environments.
  • Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to details.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience in architectural design, production, and technical roles through all phases of design and construction documentation process.
  • Prior experience with global Retail, F&B projects preferred.
