Principal Architectural Designer

This role involves the preparation and submission of architectural drawings in accordance with local development control regulations (DCR) and building bye-laws. Ensuring designs meet applicable codes and statutory requirements is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with consultants to prepare approval drawings, managing submissions of drawings, documents, and applications to government departments, and tracking follow-up actions for timely sanctions/permissions for projects.
Furthermore, the Architectural Design Expert will handle regulatory compliances related to RERA, environmental clearances, occupancy certificates, commencement certificates, IOD, etc., and advise management on regulatory implications during project planning stages.
Maintaining organized documentation of all approvals and correspondences is also a critical aspect of this position.
In addition, this role requires staying updated on changes in DCR, building codes, and environmental regulations.
