Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Genomics Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. As a key member of our genomic analysis unit, you will be responsible for interpreting complex genetic data and contributing to the development of cutting-edge diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with expert teams to analyze and interpret molecular genetic results, including HLA and Chimerism testing.
  • Analyze Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data and genetic diagnostic testing reports to inform clinical decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality clinical reports, ensuring timely delivery and accurate representation of test results.
  • Work closely with genome analysts and customer support teams to ensure seamless project management and order fulfillment.
  • Liaise with sales and business development teams to address customer queries and concerns.
  • Manage LIMS status and contribute to process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Human Genetics, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in genomics analysis and interpretation, preferably in a clinical or research setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
