Oracle EBS Finance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance professional to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of the technical and functional aspects of Oracle Finance.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in multiple finance modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, and Cash Management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for Oracle EBS Finance modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across L2/L3 within tight SLA timelines.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical incidents.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, SOPs, and support guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate issue tracking and timely resolution.
  • Work closely with offshore/onshore resources for seamless issue management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process and performance enhancements.
