Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Operations Manager to oversee our field operations.

This role involves managing event schedules, allocating resources efficiently, and maintaining accurate records of all events. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities, and a good command over English languages.

The job requires the ability to make quick and accurate decisions, manage a team of Photographers, Cameramen, and Field Executives, and communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and time management skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good geographical knowledge of Maharashtra
  • Willingness to travel as needed
