We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive digital transformation in the financial services industry.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing scalable enterprise applications using the Microsoft Power Platform stack. They should have hands-on experience with Model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations, recommending optimal technology solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Develop innovative solutions that integrate Power Platform with other systems using Azure Data Factory Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Custom Connectors, and REST APIs.
  • Implement ALM strategies using tools like Power Platform Build Tools and Azure DevOps to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization for Power Apps solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and Proof-of-Value (POV) activities in client engagements.
  • Driving customer workshops and presentations in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Identifying and developing solution accelerators, reusable components, and frameworks.

We require:

  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science.
  • Professional certification in CRM or achieving appropriate certification in a specified timeframe.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and customizing Model-driven Power Apps, Canvas Apps on Dataverse, and using Power Platform and Azure components.
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code solutions market trends and value propositions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business processes, identify areas of improvement, and propose effective solutions.
