Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, performance evaluations, and other HR-related data
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing documents, managing databases, and performing other tasks as needed
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent and meeting business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certifications in HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and other recruitment software
