Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure high performance delivery on all quality parameters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for auditing calls, chats, and email interactions on product/process, communication, and soft skills parameters.

This involves conducting audits and providing feedback to targeted populations with the objective of improving scores for training throughput or conversion.

You will also be responsible for data analysis and making designated reports/decks. Additionally, you will participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery approach.

Main Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing and comprehension skills
  • Extremely good verbal and written communication skills

  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, preferably MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Customer orientation and customer service attitude
  • Effective problem-solving skills and high energy
  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities

Additional Requirements:

You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have strong technical knowledge of English communication.
