As a Backend Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing scalable server-side applications and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design robust, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs
  • Implement server-side logic, databases, and data storage solutions
  • Optimize database schemas, queries, and indexes for efficiency
  • Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks; implement caching and load balancing
  • Ensure backend security against common threats (SQL injection, XSS, etc.)
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to drive project success
  • Develop and run unit, integration, and performance tests
  • Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain uptime reliability
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or Rust programming languages
  • Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
  • Expertise in RESTful and GraphQL API design principles
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Solid understanding of Git, version control, and branching strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills
