Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled High Performance Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing, with experience working on large-scale projects and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies to ensure the stability and scalability of software applications
  • Design and develop automated testing scripts using industry-leading tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders on performance metrics and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and infrastructure teams, to identify and resolve performance-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in performance testing and share knowledge with the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in performance testing, with a strong focus on quality assurance and software development lifecycle
  • Experience working with OpenText LoadRunner and JMeter, with a strong understanding of Citrix, RDP, Java, and mobile technologies
  • Significant experience working with APM tools, including NewRelic and Grafana
  • Proven experience with SOAP Web Services and RESTful Web Services testing, using SOAP UI, Postman, and Swagger
  • Strong knowledge of performance testing principles, techniques, and standards
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and software quality assurance processes and practices
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices
