AI Engineering Specialist Role AI Engineering and Automation

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team in building automated workflows for compliance-heavy business processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including Databricks, Azure, and LangChain.

You will collaborate closely with domain SMEs to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML-driven automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, experience with Databricks, and knowledge of agent frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated workflows for regulatory/compliance processes (ingestion → transformation → decisioning).
  • Develop agentic flows using LangChain/AutoGen to orchestrate data pipelines and decisions.
  • Implement impact analysis for risk, compliance, and cost assessments.
  • Leverage Databricks (notebooks, jobs, DLT) for large-scale workflows and monitoring.
  • Productionize solutions with CI/CD; containerize using Docker/Kubernetes on Azure.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and engineering teams to re-design processes for scalability and auditability.

Required Skills:

  • Python (strong), Prompt Engineering, LangChain / AutoGen (agentic workflows).
  • Databricks expertise: notebooks, pipelines, DLT, jobs, monitoring.
  • Familiarity with regulatory/compliance data and workflows.
  • CI/CD (GitHub/Jenkins/Azure DevOps), Docker/K8s, cloud deployment (Azure preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving & stakeholder communication skills.
