Job Title: Automated Workflow Engineer
As an Automated Workflow Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing automated workflows that streamline business processes.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working with Power Automate or Logic Apps and a basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON. Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate or Logic Apps to automate ticket creation, enrichment, and notifications.
- Monitor flow execution and troubleshoot automation failures to ensure seamless operations.
- BUILD automation to sync SharePoint content, customer contacts, or Business Central triggers with Jira Service Management.
- Support the development of SLA tracking and reporting dashboards using Jira, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Maintain detailed documentation for all created and updated flows.
- Collaborate with QA/QC and Jira Consultant teams to ensure operational flow compliance.
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- 1-2 years of experience with Power Automate or Logic Apps.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
- Bonus: Jira/JSM understanding.
