We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Business Development Professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Knowledge
    • A thorough understanding of the company's product offerings is essential for success in this position.
    • The ability to provide expert advice and guidance on claims advocacy and servicing is crucial.
    • Knowledge of different insurers, their strengths and weaknesses, is vital for identifying business opportunities.
  • Research Oriented
    • Candidates must be able to conduct in-depth research to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
    • Excellent data mining skills are necessary for analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
    • The ability to carry out gap analysis for large proposals and develop creative solutions to meet client needs is critical.
    • Candidates must also be able to prepare quotes comparison reports (QCRs) that provide valuable insights for clients.
  • Key Stakeholder Relationship Management
    • This role requires building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at insurance companies to ensure competitive quotes are received in a timely manner.
    • Regular visits to insurance companies are necessary to maintain continuous engagement with different stakeholders.
  • Audit, MIS & Reporting
    • Candidates must be able to enter RFQs and proposal details into the database accurately and efficiently.
    • Generating reports for analysis, such as TAT adherence reports and Hit Ratio Analysis, is an essential task.
    • Sharing status updates with the Head – QMS and resolving queries is also a critical responsibility.
    • Candidates must also be able to share information and documentation with auditors as required.
