Leading Quality Management Professionals are sought after to oversee the development and implementation of quality standards, ensuring consistent product quality.

This role will involve defining inspection standards, supervising the effective implementation of these standards, monitoring process control in EMS, and driving continuous improvement of quality performance.

  1. Quality Standards Development: Define inspection standards for products to ensure consistent quality output, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  2. Process Control Monitoring: Monitor EMS process control, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance quality performance through data analysis and team collaboration.
  3. Quality Data Analysis: Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, collaborating with teams to develop actionable plans and solutions.
  4. Problem-Solving: Develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies using structured methodologies such as FA (Failure Analysis) to address customer returns, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations.
  5. Audit Management: Manage customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits, prioritizing timely resolution of identified issues to maintain a high level of quality and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing environments.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English; proficiency in Chinese is highly valued.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with EMS SMT/PCBA processes and quality operations.
  • Quality Management Systems: Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management systems and associated standards.
  • Problem-Solving Tools: Proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
